Final sale

EE345 Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift Card value is not redeemable for cash. Exceptions may only be authorized by an Owner or Co-owner where permitted by applicable law.

Validity

Each gift card is valid for the period shown on the card (currently one year from the date of purchase). After it expires it can no longer be used.

Using your card

• Enter your code in the Gift Card / Store Credit box at checkout.
• You can use part of the value; the remaining balance stays on the same code until it is used up or expires.
• If your order costs more than your balance, pay the rest by card or PayPal.

Your balance

The live balance is held securely by EE345. A card image, PDF or screenshot is not proof of value. Check your balance.

Top-ups

You can ask us to add value to an existing card. The new value is added only after the extra payment is confirmed.

Lost or compromised cards

Keep your code private — anyone with it can spend the balance. If your card is lost, stolen or sent to the wrong person, contact us. After we verify your purchase, we can deactivate the old code and move the unused balance to a new code with the same expiry date.
