Returns & Store Credit Policy

How refunds are given

Approved returns are normally issued as EE345 Store Credit, through an EE345 Store Credit Voucher you can use toward another eligible purchase. EE345 does not normally provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method (card or PayPal).

Before we approve a return

• Returned items may be inspected and reviewed.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Product condition rules may apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, opened or used items.
• Some products may be excluded, and return windows may apply.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Gift cards

EE345 Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, and gift card value is not redeemable for cash. See the Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

About Store Credit Vouchers

A Store Credit Voucher is issued by EE345 and is not a purchased gift card. It shows its value, a unique code and an expiry date. You can use part of it and keep the rest until it expires. Check a balance.
